Understand how to leverage channels and tools available to push your agenda forward through effective participation in both formal and informal settings. You will learn to successfully overcome innate reticence that prevents you from being an active participant in all meeting forms.

Identify and adopt strategies to cultivate stage presence , confidence and gravitas – all of which are key to develop an Executive Presence. You will learn and practice until you’ve allayed all self-doubt.

Managing conflict
Getting your point across in meetings at work can be tricky especially if you are uncomfortable with conflict. Learn how to get out of your shell and communicate effectively in the face of disagreements. You will take part in challenging meetings to help you build your confidence.

Your Personal Narrative
Identify vital principles of personal leadership and learn how to use your presence and poise to amplify your narrative. You will be trained to see yourself through a big picture and will be armed with a personal vision, actionable goals and a tailored, personal strategy.
